As we continue to grow and develop our team, we're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

As a Bar Supervisor, you will support the management team in leading day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards, and creating an environment where both guests and team members thrive.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading shifts and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including stock control, opening and closing procedures, and compliance checks
• Training, coaching and motivating team members to perform at their best
• Leading by example through excellent service, product knowledge and professionalism
• Maintaining Fever-Tree brand standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety and licensing requirements
• Responding to guest feedback and resolving issues in a positive and professional manner

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident and capable leader who brings energy, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to hospitality.

You should:

• Have previous supervisory experience within a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Be comfortable working early morning shifts (from 03:00), evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
• Have a passion for delivering premium service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Be able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced airport environment
• Hold a valid passport and be able to provide a full 5-year checkable history covering employment, education, volunteering and travel
• Be willing to complete a DBS (criminal record) check as part of the airport vetting process

Airport Vetting Requirements

As this role is based airside at Manchester Airport, successful candidates must pass aviation security screening, including:

• A valid passport
• A full 5-year checkable history (employment, education, volunteering and travel)
• A DBS (criminal record) check
