Position Objective: Direct bar shifts to ensure polished beverage service, responsible operations and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bartenders and porters during service
- Monitor drink quality, speed and guest engagement
- Manage opening, closing and stock procedures
- Train teams on recipes, hygiene and responsible service
- Resolve guest concerns and report shift issues
Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas
Required Profile
- Experienced bartender with supervisory capability
- Knowledge of cocktails, inventory and beverage controls
- Strong guest service, leadership and communication
- Ability to work peak and late-evening shifts
