Bar supervisor

WE’RE HIRING – BAR SUPERVISOR

City Centre Hotel Pubs The Mitre Hotel / The Black Lion Hotel

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team across 2 of our city centre hotel pubs!

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment and wants to develop their management skills.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar bar supervisory role.
• Experience assisting with the day-to-day running of a bar and supporting a small team.
• Confidence with cashing up, cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• The ability to lead by example, deliver great customer service and keep standards high.
• A proactive attitude, good communication skills and a hands-on approach.

What we offer:

• • Attractive and varied working hours – as we’re a hotel operation serving breakfast through to late-night drinks, shifts can fall anywhere between 7am and 1:30am.
• A friendly team and a varied working environment.
• The opportunity to take on responsibility and develop within the business.
• A role where no two shifts are quite the same!

If you have hospitality experience, enjoy leading a team and are ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
