Duties

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders to deliver top-tier hospitality
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste
• Train team members on service protocols
• Organise events and advertise on social media

Skills

• Must hold a valid personal alcohol licence
• Proven supervising experience in hospitality setting with strong team management skills
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices required but not essential
• Skilled in bartending, serving, and creating engaging beverage menus
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment

Pay: £25,420.00-£44,220.00 per year
