Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor/ Assistant Manager to join our dynamic bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of the bar area
• Coordinate with bar staff to ensure efficient drink service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations
• Train and mentor bar staff on proper cocktail preparation and service techniques
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally

Skills

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within bar environment is essential
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and staff efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
