Bar Team Member

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Team Members to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests in a professional manner
• Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, counters, and storage spaces
• Support the setup and breakdown of events or dining areas as required
• Follow all food safety protocols and health & safety regulations diligently
• Engage with guests to provide a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any enquiries or special requests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately when processing orders

Experience

• Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Barista experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for delivering outstanding customer service
• Experience working in a restaurant setting or within the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage
