Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional service from order to delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to food safety and responsible alcohol service policies
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle basic math calculations for bills and tips
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
• Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude that energizes team interactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bar service
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable guest experiences

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
