Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to legal alcohol service regulations
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle basic math calculations for bills and change
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow and support a positive work environment

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards
• Experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Good communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and maintaining a lively yet safe environment

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
