Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and related food items.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking while providing exceptional customer service in high-energy environments like nightclubs or food festivals.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving times during busy periods, supporting overall food handling and service flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality industries.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, beverage preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events such as catering functions.
