Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle bills efficiently
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and uphold safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending essential, serving, or hospitality roles is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong skills in bartending techniques, including mixing drinks, garnishing, and presentation
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
