Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting for guests
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering a memorable experience
• Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate processing of sales and tips
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bar area and kitchen workspace according to health regulations
• Assist in food preparation when needed, including basic cooking tasks for bar snacks or small plates
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies, and tracking product usage to minimize waste and control costs
• Handle night club or banquet service scenarios with professionalism, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours and special events

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Proven bartending skills with expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, spirits knowledge, and beverage recipe development
• Strong food service background with restaurant or hospitality industry experience; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Knowledge of wine varieties, brewing processes, craft beer offerings, and beverage presentation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising quality or safety standards
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling practices, and basic math for retail math calculations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions
• Basic cashiering skills including cash handling accuracy and processing payments through various POS systems

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
