Bar VIP Host

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally welcome VIP guests and assist them to their reserved tables or private areas.
• VIP Client Relationship Management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with VIP clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and security to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Assist guests with table reservations, bottle service, and special event bookings.
• Recommend and upsell premium beverages, food, and promotional packages to maximize sales.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure VIP tables are properly prepared before guest arrival.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and entertainment schedules.
• Handle guest inquiries regarding club policies, pricing, and available services.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's grooming standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the VIP section.
• Accurately record VIP reservations and communicate special requests to the operations team.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, bars, clubs, hotels, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong sales and upselling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Professional appearance and good grooming.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with VIP guests.
