Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies efficiently throughout shifts
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing equipment in accordance with health standards
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting for moving stock and supplies safely and effectively
• Prepare simple food items or garnishes as needed for drink presentation or customer requests
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling with accuracy
• Support food service operations by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and assisting with catering or banquet setups when required
• Uphold food handling standards and ensure all safety protocols are followed during food preparation and service

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience or restaurant work experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with bar operations and customer service expectations
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable for efficient transaction processing
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members in a lively environment
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely
• Knowledge of food handling, catering, banquet service, and hospitality industry standards enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Experience in food preparation, bussing, serving, or hotel settings is a plus to support diverse operational needs
• Excellent customer service skills to create positive guest experiences in a fast-paced atmosphere
