Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Barbacks and Bartenders. In this dual role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests while supporting our bar operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
• Clean and organize bar tools, glassware, and workstations to uphold hygiene standards.
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses promptly to ensure a tidy environment.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and cleaning equipment with proper safety procedures.
• Support food service operations by assisting with food preparation and venue beverage service when needed.
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing accurately.
• Maintain compliance with food service bar safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, bartending, or venue beverage environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning protocols, bar safety standards, and food industry best practices.
• Experience working in nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering settings is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
