Duties

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to keep the bar fully prepared for service
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, food handling stations, and general venue tidiness
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, cleaning equipment, and moving stock safely and efficiently
• Support food service by preparing simple food items, ensuring food safety compliance, and assisting with food presentation when needed
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing accurately
• Uphold venue beverage service standards by adhering to alcohol safety policies and ensuring responsible serving practices at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; bartending or nightclub experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks and maintain hygiene standards in a busy setting
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely during stock replenishment or equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of food industry safety protocols, including food handling and bar safety compliance
• Experience with catering events or venue beverage service is advantageous but not required

Pay: Up to $2.13 per hour
