Job Title: Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality

Reports To: Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. They must ensure high-quality service standards, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and provide an enjoyable experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for alcohol service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, glassware, and equipment
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and communicate shortages to management
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Engage with patrons, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations
• Monitor guest behavior and take appropriate action to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol laws
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth service flow

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Certification or training in responsible alcohol service (where required)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced, social environment
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required
• Periods of standing and light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
