Duties

• Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Buss tables promptly by clearing dishes, glassware, and trash to keep dining areas tidy and inviting
• Support food service staff with basic food preparation tasks and venue beverage service as needed
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
• Ensure proper food industry safety protocols are followed during all cleaning and handling procedures
• Use POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS to assist with cash handling or order processing when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or bar environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Knowledge of bar cleaning, bussing procedures, and venue beverage service is a plus
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or POS system operations
• Familiarity with food preparation, kitchen experience, or catering/buffet experience is advantageous
• Commitment to food service bar safety compliance and maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
