Job Summary

In this dynamic role, you’ll support bartenders and servers by maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for service. You’ll also serve as a crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house, delivering food swiftly and safely to guests while providing exceptional in-person customer service. Your proactive approach will help create a lively, efficient environment where guests feel welcomed and cared for from start to finish. Duties

• Assist bartenders by cleaning glassware, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a tidy bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Buss tables promptly by clearing dishes, glasses, and trash, ensuring a clean dining environment for guests
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of crates, boxes, or equipment using safe lifting practices to support kitchen and bar operations
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation while adhering to food handling safety protocols
• Support the restaurant team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including assembling garnishes or organizing ingredients
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs in a lively hospitality setting

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; familiarity with food handling, serving, or kitchen work is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and movement of supplies or equipment
• Strong communication skills for clear interaction with team members and guests
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in guest services within hospitality settings enhances your ability to deliver memorable customer experiences
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper food running techniques ensures quality service at all times

Pay: From $11.35 per hour
