Join Our Opening Team in Bali - A New Rum Bar in Bali
We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Barback to join our opening team at an exciting new premium rum bar in Bali. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career in bartending.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work quickly and anticipate operational needs (mise en place, ice, garnishes, and stock replenishment).
• Basic knowledge of bartending techniques and terminology, with a strong desire to develop into a bartender.
• Rigor in keeping the station tidy and clean
• Ability to support bartenders efficiently during busy service periods
• Motivation to grow into a bartender role — a good indicator of engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the bar's mise en place before, during, and after service.
• Restock spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Support bartenders by preparing ingredients, polishing glassware, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
• Ensure the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory according to company standards.
• Support the bar team in delivering efficient, high-quality service during busy periods.
• Learn about the venue's beverage program, particularly rum, cocktails, and wine, while developing bartending knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help create memorable guest experiences.
