Giselle Canggu Bali is looking for a Barback

Giselle Canggu Bali is seeking a hardworking and reliable Barback to support the bar team. Candidates must have prior experience in a bar or F&B environment and be able to communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and restocking ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure glassware, tools, and equipment are clean and ready for use
• Refill ice, garnishes, mixers, and supplies throughout service
• Support bartenders during busy hours
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Coordinate with bar and service teams for smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as Barback (or relevant F&B role)
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Strong work ethic, quick, and detail-oriented
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in shifts and weekends
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
