We’re on the lookout for an experienced Barback to join our fantastic team at our flagship restaurant, Chotto Matte - Soho.

About the Barback position:

As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating memorable drinks for our guests and supporting the Head Bartender and Bar Manager to ensure our 3 bar areas operate smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Bar team by restocking spirits, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times
• Assist with ice replenishment and garnish preparation
• Clear and clean bar tops and surrounding areas during service
• Collect empty glassware and return it to the bar or wash area promptly
• Work closely with Bartenders, Runners, and Floor teams to maintain smooth service flow
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barback or Runner in a high-volume hospitality environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Approachable, engaging, and a natural team player
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality

Pay: £12.71-£14.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
