About the Role
PISON Group is seeking a hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented Barback to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will support daily bar operations by preparing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, restocking beverages and ingredients, and assisting the Bartender to ensure smooth and efficient service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist the Bartender with daily bar operations and service
- Prepare and restock beverages, ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready before service
- Replenish beverages, ice, glassware, and other supplies during service
- Assist with preparing basic ingredients and garnishes when required
- Wash and clean glassware, bar tools, equipment, and work areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas
- Collect and dispose of waste according
