Overview

Black Market Miami is looking for an energetic and dependable Barback to join our team! If you enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced sports bar environment and being part of a strong team, this could be a great fit for you.

As a Barback, you’ll work closely with our bartenders and service team to keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service. You’ll play an important role in making sure everything runs smoothly, especially during busy games, events, and weekends.

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, positive, quick on their feet, and always ready to help the team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other supplies
• Assist bartenders throughout the shift to keep service moving quickly and efficiently
• Refill ice bins, coolers, beverage stations, and supplies as needed
• Collect, wash, and organize glassware
• Keep the bar, storage areas, and service stations clean and organized
• Clear empty glasses, bottles, and dishes from the bar and guest areas
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Receive, organize, and properly store beverage deliveries and supplies
• Safely lift and move cases, kegs, ice, and other bar supplies
• Follow all sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service procedures
• Communicate with bartenders, managers, servers, and other team members during service
• Jump in and help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barback, restaurant, sports bar, nightclub, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy and high-energy environment
• Able to stay organized and move quickly during high-volume service
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
• Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
