Duties

• Restock bar supplies including glassware, garnishes, liquor, and mixers to keep the bar fully equipped for service
• Maintain cleanliness by washing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment efficiently and safely
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty dishes to ensure a tidy dining environment
• Support bartenders with basic beverage preparation tasks such as opening bottles, slicing fruit, or garnishing drinks
• Help with food prep and delivery to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Provide friendly in-person customer service by assisting guests with their needs and maintaining a positive atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
• Ability to perform basic math for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights regularly during shifts
• Previous roles in catering, banquet service, or as a barista or dietary aide are advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
