Barback

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Barback to support our bar team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Barback will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, assisting bartenders with supplies, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked and ready for service. A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Duties

• Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
• Support the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts.
• Ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to bartender requests for additional supplies or assistance during service.
• Help keep the bar environment safe, hygienic, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit to contribute to a lively and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a hospitality or bar support role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Pay: $23.26 - $32.01 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
