Barback

Kiko is a 75-seat restaurant from the husband-wife team Alex Chang and Lina Goujjane. Chef Chang’s cuisine harmoniously blends American fare with Asian accents. Kiko features a full bar and an ambitious beverage program.

Kiko is searching for a passionate and dedicated Barback to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a genuine interest in craft cocktails, classic cocktail specs, wine, and food, and a desire to grow within a high-caliber food and beverage program. You will work closely with our bartenders and support team to ensure seamless dinner service and bar operations.

Responsibilities include preparing all ingredients and components used in signature and classic cocktails —including batching, juicing, garnishes, syrups, and more—while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
