Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies including bottles, mixers, garnishes, and glassware quickly and efficiently to keep the bar fully stocked during busy hours
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, surfaces, and equipment regularly in accordance with food safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes to support the front-of-house team
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of crates and supplies safely and responsibly
• Support bartenders with food preparation tasks when needed, including garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks
• Ensure adherence to all food service bar safety compliance regulations and venue policies
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; bartending or venue beverage service experience is a plus
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in a busy setting
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and assist guests promptly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
• Familiarity with food industry safety protocols and bar safety compliance standards
• Previous nightclub, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events

Pay: $22.97 - $30.00 per hour
