Job Overview
We are seeking a energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in hotels, restaurants, or nightclubs.

Duties

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service.
• Support bartenders during busy periods by providing prompt service to customers.
• Buss tables and assist with food service as needed to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
• Operate TOAST POS system for order processing

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or bar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• A passion for the food industry and eagerness to learn about bartending techniques.
