Barback

Step Into a Serious Bar Program — Barback Wanted

The Stockton Inn is home to one of the country’s most exciting new bars, led by cocktail legend Brian Miller — a pioneer of NYC’s craft cocktail scene with credits including Death & Co, Pegu Club, and The Polynesian.

We’re looking for a full-time barback who’s reliable, hardworking, and ready to support one of the best bar teams in the region. This is an opportunity to learn from the best and grow your career in a professional, high-volume cocktail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting bartenders with prep, restocking, and cleanliness.

• Managing ice, glassware, and garnishes during service.

• Keeping the bar dialed in and ready for smooth, fast-paced shifts.

• Learning the inner workings of a world-class cocktail program.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, move quickly, and stay organized.

• Team-first attitude — you’re here to make the bar shine.

• Interest in learning and eventually moving behind the bar (optional but welcome).

• Punctual, professional, and calm under pressure.

This is a perfect role for someone looking to start a serious career in hospitality or level up in a real craft cocktail setting. If you’re ready to put in the work and be part of something exceptional, we’d love to hear from you.
