Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing and organizing the bar area before, during, and after operations.
• Replenish liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize glasses, bar tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Collect and dispose of empty bottles, used glassware, and other waste while maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Support bartenders with other operational tasks to ensure fast and efficient bar service.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; hospitality or related training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a barback, service crew, or in a bar/restaurant environment is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift/move bar supplies when needed.
• Hardworking, reliable, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
