Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, glassware, and supplies quickly and efficiently to keep service flowing smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash to uphold health standards
• Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks for guests when needed
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas to ensure a tidy environment
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for handling cash or credit transactions accurately when required
• Help with food handling and catering setups for special events or banquets within the venue
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service enhances your suitability for this role
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential for creating positive guest interactions
• Kitchen experience or barista background can be advantageous in understanding food and beverage operations
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food industry standards is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced setting
