Responsibilities

• Restock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to keep the bar fully prepared.
• Assist bartenders with food preparation and serving when needed, ensuring quick turnaround times during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, tools, and surfaces regularly in accordance with health standards.
• Support in bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas to uphold a tidy environment.
• Help set up and break down event spaces like banquets or private parties, ensuring all supplies are ready and areas are clean afterward.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during nightclubs or special events.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service, bartending support roles, or hospitality environments is highly valued.
• Basic food handling knowledge along with experience in food preparation or catering is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with team members and guests alike.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure in fast-paced settings
