What you will do:

· Support bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages

· Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bar back and storage spaces

· Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries

· Collect and wash glassware promptly to ensure continuous availability

· Assist in completing bar opening and closing procedures

· Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the bar team

· Upload the club’s standards of discretion, professionalism, and member service

· Completing any extra tasks directed from the bar team to upkeep the successful operations of the bar department
