Barback

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will support bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This role is essential for maintaining a smooth operation during busy service hours and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Bus tables and assist with food preparation as needed to support the kitchen staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Follow food handling and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in setting up for banquets or catering events when required.

Requirements

• Strong & Full of energy
• Can run up and down stairs all night
• Enjoys getting 16000 steps in 5 hours
• Has a sense of urgency
• task oriented

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
