BARBACK

The Barback plays an essential support role to ensure smooth bar operations. This position assists bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring that the bar is always well-prepared for service. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a high-energy environment.

• Support bartenders in daily operations and service preparation
• Restock and organize beverages, glassware, and bar supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar area
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory
• Ensure smooth workflow and fast support during busy hours

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of bar operations (experience is a plus)
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
