We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Barback to support our bartenders and maintain an efficient, well-organized bar. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping the bar properly stocked and clean, and understands the importance of teamwork in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by maintaining adequate stock of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.
• Restock refrigerators, ice wells, and service stations throughout each shift.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with basic bar preparation asmake the int needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including counters, equipment, floors, and storage areas.
• Wash, polish, and organize glassware and bar tools.
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and other items to keep the bar clean and safe.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Communicate proactively with bartenders and management to anticipate needs and maintain smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide assistance to the service team as needed while maintaining a professional and guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous barback, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain organized and composed during busy service periods.
• Willingness to take direction, learn quickly, and support the team wherever needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, and move supplies as required.
• Open availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
