At Prime 41, we believe hospitality is a craft. It’s in the first greeting at the door, the perfectly poured pour, the glass that’s polished before anyone notices it’s needed. Behind our bar, that craft starts with you.

We’re looking for a Barback who takes pride in being the heartbeat of a well-run bar: someone who anticipates, moves with purpose, and understands that every detail makes a guest feel cared for. This is a true stepping stone. Our bartenders and beverage team teach, and we promote from within.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the bar stocked, polished, and ready: spirits, wine, beer, garnishes, ice, glassware, and tools
• Prep fresh garnishes, juices, and bar essentials to our standards
• Support our bartenders so they can stay with their guests
• Maintain a spotless, organized, and beautiful bar
• Run and restock from storage and the cellar with care for our wines and spirits
• Work hand in hand with our servers, hosts, and managers as part of one team
• Learn our wine list, spirits, and cocktail program from the inside out

What You Bring

• A warm, positive attitude and genuine pride in your work
• A sense of urgency without ever looking rushed
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to stand and move for a full shift
• Dependability, with a team-first mindset
• Curiosity about wine, spirits, and craft cocktails (we’ll teach you the rest)
• Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18 or older, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
