Barback – Bailey’s Bar & Grill

Bailey’s Bar & Grill is looking for a dependable, hardworking barback to help keep our bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly. If you enjoy a busy atmosphere and working with a team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Keep beer, liquor, mixers, ice, and supplies stocked throughout the shift.
• Wash glassware and keep bar areas clean and organized.
• Collect empty glasses, clear tables, and assist with spills.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Help bartenders with setup, closing duties, and restocking.
• Assist with deliveries and organize storage areas.
• Follow sanitation procedures and support the team during busy shifts and events.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
• Friendly attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and safely move cases, ice buckets, and supplies, with reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
