Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, ensuring everything is readily available for service
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning surfaces, glassware, and bar equipment in accordance with food safety standards
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas efficiently to keep the space tidy and inviting
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment with proper safety techniques
• Ensure compliance with food service bar safety regulations and venue beverage service policies
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
• Washing of fragile glassware using a commercial dishwasher machine, polishing of glassware, cleanup continually in a busy and noisy environment
• Strong cleaning skills and the ability to list up to 50 pounds of garbage occasionally, above 4 feet high in order to throw garbage into trash compactor nightly
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment
• Excellent customer service skills to assist guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety standards related to food handling and beverage service safety compliance
• Previous experience working in hotel or banquet settings is a plus

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
