Join the NipnTuck team as a Barback, the essential backbone behind a lively bar environment! In this energetic role, you will support bartenders and the bar team by ensuring the bar area remains clean, well-stocked, and efficient. Duties

• Assist bartenders by restocking bottles, change kegs, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools swiftly and accurately to maintain smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning surfaces, glassware, taking out garbage and bar equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and moving stock safely using proper techniques
• Support food preparation activities when needed, including garnishing drinks or assisting with light food service tasks
• Ensure adherence to venue beverage service policies and safety regulations at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in bars or nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of bar cleaning procedures and food industry safety standards
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in catering or hospitality venues enhances your ability to thrive in this role
• Knowledge of beverage service protocols ensures quality guest experiences
