We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking Barback to join our high-performing hospitality team. Duties

• Restock and organize bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure everything is ready for service.
• Assist bartenders with preparing ingredients and setting up bar stations for shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning surfaces, glassware, and equipment regularly.
• Support with bussing and clearing empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or stock movement safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety guidelines related to food handling and bar safety compliance standards.
• Train to grow behind the bar so you can assist with service.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus; familiarity with bar environments or nightclub settings is beneficial.
• Strong cleaning skills and knowledge of sanitation practices in a food industry setting.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and assist customers when necessary.

Pay: $13.73 - $25.00 per hour
