Duties

• Restock bar supplies, glassware, and utensils swiftly to keep service flowing smoothly
• Assist bartenders with basic drink preparation and garnishing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, floors, and dining space to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests on the floor
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management proactively
• Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly assistance and answering general questions about the venue
• Help with setup and breakdown of service stations before and after shifts to ensure efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or restaurant service is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Experience in bartending, serving, or working in a hotel or restaurant environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or barista experience can be beneficial
• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and support team efforts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks comfortably
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic teamwork

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
