Barback (Friday & Saturday)

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Bartender and play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and creativity
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders accurately
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing and payment handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while handling food and beverages
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service delivery
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
• Proficiency in basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
• Knowledge of fine dining or banquet service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
• Experience with cash handling in a nightclub or hospitality setting is advantageous
