Barback - La Favela

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting Bartender to run the bar
• Participates in all outlet’s activity
• Ensure there is always enough back up spirits
• Run to the storage area to get alcohol if any bartender runs out
• Change kegs when/if required
• Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar (called bussing)
• Wipe down tables and bar tops
• Re-stock garnishes and mixes
• Always ensure there is enough clean glassware
• Re-stock ice when needed
• Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with minimum of 1 years in the same field
• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
• Valid bartending certification is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the nightlife industry
