Barback (Le Café LPM)

Relaxed mornings. Long lunches. Riviera nights. That is the rhythm of Le Café LPM. A neighbourhood café for the modern city, where the spirit of the French Riviera meets life in Dubai. From the first espresso of the morning to the last spritz of the evening, every drink we serve carries the same care and intention as everything else on the table.

We are looking for a Barback to own that.

Your Role You support the bartender keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready so they can focus on the guests and the craft.

Your Profile No prior experience required - energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in the bar are what matter most.

Some bar or hospitality experience is a plus.

English is a must. French or another European language, even better.

Your Impacts Bar Basics: You learn the products, the equipment, and the setup. You keep everything stocked, organised, and ready before and during service.

Standards & Stamina: You keep the bar clean, compliant, and presentable throughout the shift in maintaining the pace from open to close without losing focus.

Team Cohesion & Spirit: You support the bartender and the wider team: present, positive, and always where you’re needed.

Why join Le Café LPM Real ownership of a culinary concept from day one. Visibility across a growing, internationally recognised group. The chance to build something with people who take the simple things seriously.

Competitive compensation. A package designed around a life that also exists outside the kitchen.
