The Traitors Live Experience is the official live game of the TV phenomenon, launched in July 2025 in Covent Garden and set across four custom built floors in a disused power station just off Drury Lane, it brings all the excitement of the hit TV show into a thrilling live event. The food & beverage operation is a key aspect of the customer's overall experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic character. The ideal candidate will have a strong team focus, seamlessly collaborating with the bar team using their proactive communication skills to keep the bar running smoothly.

You will play a pivotal role in our service experience by ensuring that all empty glassware around the venue is collected, washed and returned to the bars. In addition, you will assist the bar staff and team in keeping the bars sufficiently stocked throughout trading.

You will also play a key role in upholding the presentation of the venue by ensuring it is always kept clean and tidy, and remains a safe space for staff and customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Bars Operation

• Collect all empty glassware throughout the venue in a safe manner in accordance with training, and transport back to the BOH area to be washed.
• Ensure that glassware is cleaned and returned to the bar in a timely manner to ensure there is always an adequate supply.
• Ensure that all bars are sufficiently stocked throughout the day, particularly the fridges on the bottom two floors that service the games rooms and lounges.
• Provide friendly, efficient and attentive service to all customers, greeting guests warmly, and engaging with customers where necessary to enhance their overall experience.
• Work consistently within legal and company regulations for: responsible alcohol service, legal weights and measures, health and safety, hygiene, and control of substances harmful to health.

Cleanliness and Environment

• Ensure the venue is always kept clean and tidy, including back-of-house and storage areas.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Venue Manager in a timely manner.

Team Ethic

• Work efficiently and effectively with all other venue staff to ensure smooth service operation during shift.
• Always look presentable when on duty; clean and tidy with good personal hygiene.
• Work in a professional manner in accordance with the company’s Equal Opportunities policy, contributing to an atmosphere of solidarity and respect within the team.
• Take an equal share of related tasks allocated by the Duty Manager upon request and gain approval for satisfactory completion before finishing the shift.
• Arrive on time for the start of your shift and clock in as required.

Desirable Skills

• Proven experience working as a runner or bar-back in a fast-paced, high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
• High motor and energy levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong can-do attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a busy setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and over the Christmas holidays as required.

Pay: £14.80 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
