Whether you’re looking to break into the bar/restaurant business or just need a change of scenery, starting as a Barback at Rec Room is the ultimate way to get your feet wet. We are gearing up for our massive 2026 programming and we need reliable, high-energy team members to join us immediately.

The Vibe:

Rec Room isn't your average neighborhood bar. We are a high-volume live music and event venue. It’s loud, it’s fast, and it’s a blast—if you have the hustle to keep up.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Night Owls: You must be able to work weekends as late as 5:00 AM.
• The Hustlers: You’ll be on your feet for the full shift. We need people who see a task and jump on it without being asked.
• The Future Pros: No experience? No problem. We will train the right person, though a background in hospitality is a plus.
• The Reliable Ones: When the venue is packed at 2:00 AM, we need to know we can count on you.
