Barback & Dishwasher: Essential Bar Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the critical role of Barback & Dishwasher. This combined position is the engine that drives both the back and front-of-house operations, ensuring our service runs smoothly, our environment is sanitary, and our team is fully supported. Key Responsibilities

• Bar Support (Barback):
  Maintain optimal stock levels for all bar items, including ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.

  Provide crucial, fast-paced assistance to Bartenders by running items, retrieving supplies, and keeping the front-of-house service area clean and organized.

• Cleaning & Sanitation (Dishwasher):
  Manage all dishwashing operations, ensuring a continuous supply of clean, sanitized glassware, utensils, and serving equipment.

  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area, service stations, and storage areas, adhering strictly to health and safety codes.

• Operational Readiness:
  Assist with the breakdown and setup of the bar and kitchen areas before and after service.

  Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue.

Requirements

• Availability: Must have full availability, including all nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds, enduring heat, and working on your feet for an entire shift.

Compensation & Details

• Pay: Based on experience, plus competitive tip outs from the bar team.
