What they need

About Us:

The Wild Kitchen & Bar offers a dynamic and eclectic dining experience, featuring a Wafu-inspired menu alongside craft cocktails in a vibrant, colorful setting. Together, Kitchen & Coffee and The Wild operate as two distinct yet complementary concepts, sharing a 100% gluten-free kitchen.

By day, we are a fast-casual café and bar serving nourishing bowls, matcha, hojicha, cocktails, and house-made elixirs. In the evening, we transition into a casual fine dining experience with full table service and a more elevated, refined atmosphere.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in every dish we serve. We focus on beautifully crafted plates made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. We proudly partner with Titusville Farm, our sister farm in LaGrange, along with other regional farms, to source the freshest produce and eggs. This close collaboration allows us to celebrate the richness of Hudson Valley agriculture and bring the best of local farming directly to our guests.

Beyond dining, our space is part of a larger community hub. The second floor hosts a social club for private events and gatherings, while the third floor features a wellness center offering yoga, meditation, and workshops.

We are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional food, beverages, and community-driven experiences. If you thrive in a collaborative, creative, and guest-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
