Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Barbacks/Servers. In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our venue’s service operation, ensuring a seamless experience for guests while maintaining a lively, clean, and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders and servers by preparing and replenishing bar supplies, including garnishes, ice, glassware, and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including bar cleaning and food service bar safety compliance
• Buss tables promptly by clearing empty glasses, plates, and utensils to ensure a tidy dining environment
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment with proper safety procedures
• Support food preparation activities in the kitchen or catering areas as needed
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are followed throughout all service areas
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately
• Engage with guests to provide friendly customer service, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience
• Assist with venue beverage service during events, nightclubs, banquets, or catering functions
• Uphold food industry standards by adhering to health regulations and safety protocols at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, bar experience, or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and billing purposes
• Experience with food handling, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in busy venues
• Familiarity with nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is a plus
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
• Commitment to food safety compliance and restaurant safety standards
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward customer service excellence

Pay: From $19.29 per hour
